Attendance at Rebel Irish Dance is dependant of the following Terms & Conditions and completed forms where applicable.
Dancers over 18 and Parents/Guardians/Carers of our younger dancers should review the following Terms & Conditions and click the link(s) for the forms your dance teacher has requested you to complete.
General Terms & Conditions
- Participation within Rebel Irish Dance.
Below is a list of Rebel Irish Dance's Terms & Condition for participation in events, performances and dance lessons. To create a safe and fun learning environment for all our instructors and dancers it is imperative that Dancers/Parents/Guardians read and fully understand the Terms & Conditions of Participation before enrolling with Rebel Irish Dance.
1. Liabilities - Rebel Irish Dance do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to personal property. Rebel Irish Dance cannot be responsible for dancers outside of their events, performances or classes.
2. Dancer Safety - Dancers/Parents/Guardians/Carers must inform their teacher of any injuries or illness prior to their class commencing. Dancers are NOT permitted to participate in class while injured or ill.
3. Behavior - Dancers are expected to conduct themselves in a disciplined manner whilst attending classes and be respectful to both teachers and fellow students at all times. This will ensure the safety and well being of everyone.
Mobile phones must be turned off or switched to silent if brought in to class.
The Head Coach reserves the right to exclude dancers from Rebel Irish Dance events, performances and classes who are not responding to training, misbehave or break the school rules. Any Fees paid will be non-refundable.
4. Fees - Fees where due should be paid monthly in advance via our PayPal account. Late fees of over 7 days will incur a 10% surcharge.
A 5% discount is given to dancers who have one or more siblings attending dance classes.
The Head Coach reserves the right to change price/times of classes but will always endeavour to give a half term’s notice.
Should it be necessary to cancel classes for any reason for which the Head Coach has no control, fee refunds/class in lieu or compensation will be given at Rebel Irish Dance's discretion.
5. Changes To Dancer Details - Dancers/Parents/Guardians/Carers are responsible for keeping Rebel Irish Dance informed of any changes to contact details and any updates to the information given on enrollment forms. This information should be sent using the 'Change OF Details form below.
6. Photography & Recording - Any photographs and/or video recording taken of dancers by Rebel Irish Dance may be used to publicise the school, website, fliers etc. If you do not wish the dancer's image to be used for these purposes you must inform Rebel Irish Dance in writing and ensure this request has been acknowledged.

Do's & Dont's
- Simple things to keep you and your instructors safe while at class.
Warm-up/Injuries - Dancers should arrive 10 minutes before the start of a class/rehearsal to warm-up (unless they have just participated in another class). This helps to reduce the risk of injury, although injuries can still happen in such a physical art form and Rebel Irish Dance do not accept responsibility for any injury occurring to a dancer whilst in class/rehearsal/competition, unless caused by negligence.
Attire - Hair should be tied neatly off the face. Dancers not adhering to this will not be allowed to participate in the class. No jewellery is allowed.
Hire of premises & waiting areas - Dancers and parents/guardians must adhere to the rules as set out by the venue/premises we hire from. Dancers and parents/guardians must not enter any areas we do not hire.
